For almost ten years I thrived in my dream job as an international project leader for a global environmental organization, collaborating with ambitious and inspiring people from all over the world. Then I attended a facilitation training, organized by Fantastic Studios, and creating interactive, productive, fun and efficient meetings became a passion and a mission. Since 2020, I have facilitated numerous online and in-person events for various organizations, including Greenpeace, ClimateWorks, UMI Fund, the European Climate Foundation, Climate reality, and Beyond Fossil Fuels. I am currently finishing a masters degree in Supervision, personal and organizational counselling and continue deepening my facilitation skills through a variety of workshops and trainings, such as the Art of hosting’s The Art of Participatory Leadership, Cristina Merkley’s Fundamentals of Working Visually, and Priya Parker’s online course The Art of Gathering.
